At NeuroRocket we focus on strengths while building new skills for everyday life and also the workplace, through work & life coaching, mentoring, training programmes and social activities.

Yet neurodivergent adults are more likely to face challenges in the workplace leading to underemployment and unemployment.
…so what can we do about this?
NeuroRocket CIC is an ambitious project with a long term vision to build a sustainable provision across the UK empowering neurodivergent adults to reach their potential, improve their quality of life and overall mental health.
Our team brings years of experience in the private and public sectors, specialising in neurodiversity, education, and education project management. We are currently focusing on providing support through:
- Access to Work Information Sessions (on Zoom)
- One-to-one Coaching with Neurodivergent individuals (funded by their Access to Work grant, or paid independently)
- Joint Coaching with a Neurodivergent individual and their direct manager or with a colleague (funded by their Access to Work grant, or paid independently)
- Coaching for Direct Managers
- Neurodiversity Awareness Training for the workplace (Team members)
- Neurodiversity Awareness Training for the workplace (Managers/Supervisors)
