Why is understanding neurodiversity important for your organisation or business?

Legal Compliance

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) laws mandate that organisations make reasonable adjustments for employees.

This is not optional but a legal requirement.

Financial Impact

Failing to accommodate neurodiversity can be costly. According to the Deloitte Mental Health Report for Employers 2022, poor mental health costs UK employers £56 billion annually due to absenteeism, presenteeism, and staff turnover.

This includes a £120 billion cost to the UK economy. However, there is a £5.31 return for every £1 spent on integrating wellbeing into your organisation’s culture.

Enhanced Talent Pool

By understanding and accommodating the strengths and challenges of neurodiverse individuals, organisations can access a wider talent pool. This inclusivity fosters a more diverse, innovative, and productive work environment.

Feedback From Previous Courses

Fantastic session I learnt so much, coupled with some ideas on how to support, thank you so much

I wish we’d had this in our business years ago. The day long course helped me think about several members of my immediate team, and having people in our business who are invested in this now is going to make such a difference

A very enthusiastic trainer who was able to bring things to life and allowed us to have some open conversations, creating a safe environment which definitely helped
