Workplace Needs Assessment

Investigating the barriers an employee is experiencing that prevent them from performing their role to the best of their abilities.

What is a Workplace Needs Assessment?

A Workplace Needs Assessment is a tailored service which provides specific recommendations for Reasonable Adjustments for employees, such as:
  • Changes to working practices
  • Specialist equipment and software
  • Coaching and training
Rather than focus on a medical diagnosis, our Workplace Needs Assessment investigates the barriers an employee is experiencing that prevent them from performing their role to the best of their abilities.

  • It is a proactive initiative aimed at fostering a workplace where every employee has the opportunity to contribute and thrive.
  • Improves productivity and retention by supporting employee needs early and thoroughly.
  • Builds an inclusive culture with proactive, structured support processes.

Trial and Error

Our team of experts provide advice based on evidence-based recommendations, and of course the needs of the employee.

It is important to understand that an employee does not need any specific diagnoses to be offered a Workplace Needs Assessment.
