A Little About Me:
I'm naturally curious and love understanding what makes people tick. People often describe me as optimistic, practical and full of ideas (although turning all of those ideas into reality is still a work in progress!). I enjoy helping people understand themselves better, recognise their strengths and build confidence in who they are. Coaching gives me the opportunity to support people in making meaningful changes that work for them, rather than trying to fit into someone else's expectations.
My Journey to NeuroRocket:
Before founding NeuroRocket, I worked in education, leadership, business development and coaching. Like many of the people I now support, my own late neurodivergent diagnosis helped me make sense of challenges I'd experienced throughout my life and career, while also helping me recognise strengths I hadn't fully understood. At the time, I was working as a business coach and increasingly noticed that many neurodivergent adults were facing similar challenges without the understanding, practical strategies or workplace support they needed. I wanted to create something that combined coaching, education and community, a place where people could feel understood, build on their strengths and thrive. That vision became NeuroRocket.
Beyond Coaching:
Outside of work, you'll usually find me reading, travelling, spending time outdoors or pretending I'm better at paddleboarding than I actually am! I enjoy learning about different cultures and ways of life and have been fortunate to live and work in several countries. I'm also a volunteer debt adviser, having seen first-hand the impact that financial wellbeing can have on every aspect of a person's life, particularly for neurodivergent people. Supporting others in different ways has always been an important part of who I am.
What Helps Me Thrive:
Understanding my own strengths, values and sense of purpose has been one of the most important parts of understanding my neurodivergence. I do my best work when I can connect with people, solve meaningful problems and make a positive difference. Spending time in nature, being around animals and creating space to recharge helps me stay balanced and enables me to bring my best self to both my work and home life.
Experience and Background:
I trained as a neurodiversity coach through ADDCA in New York and hold a Master's degree in Education. Alongside neurodiversity coaching, I have experience in business and executive coaching, leadership, organisational change and project management. This combination of professional expertise and lived experience allows me to understand both the personal and workplace challenges many neurodivergent adults face, supporting them to find practical, sustainable ways forward that align with their strengths and goals.
Why Being a Coach Matters to Me:
One of the greatest privileges of coaching is seeing people begin to understand themselves with greater compassion and confidence. I believe everyone has unique strengths, and coaching isn't about changing who you are, it's about helping you discover what works for you. I love supporting people to challenge unhelpful assumptions, build on their strengths and create lives and careers that feel authentic, fulfilling and sustainable.

What Our Clients Say

We offer a range of services to support neurodivergent individuals and the organisations they work in:
I needed guidance on how to run a business, as this was all new to me and I hadn’t run a business before. My coach helped me realise the power of planning, how to set SMART goals, how to change my mindset and how to measure all aspects of my business.

After speaking to Kerry for the first time over the phone, I knew I wanted to use her services. As a business owner, I am hard on myself and very driven, but Kerry helped me to focus on slowing down and seeing things more clearly.

I’ve found my time working with my coach to be incredibly effective at solving the problems I knew I had when starting out, and some of the ones I had no idea existed too! What surprised me most is how much happier and calmer I am as a person inside and outside of my business, which has improved my life in all aspects.

A Little About Me:
I am a poet, an artist and a neurodiversity guide (as I prefer to call my job). I am an educated professional with lots of care and belief in my clients. My values are authenticity, empathy towards all sentient beings
and living to the fullest.
My Journey to NeuroRocket:
My own diagnosis and need to understand myself better inspired me to undertake an ADDCA course and get certified. Becoming a neurodiversity guide was a side-effect which turned out to be my life calling. I met Kerry when I lived in the Isle of Man. Knowing Kerry as well as some other NeuroRocket coaches, I knew straight away this is the place of high standards and reliability. I am excited to work with neurodivergent people of all shapes and sizes and celebrate everyone's differences.
Beyond Coaching:
My other calling is arts. I am a published poet, singer in a band and an aspiring author of novels. I'm originally from Krakow in Poland which is now my second home. I have a dog (Luna), cat (Marcel) and a turtle (Josephine). I love reading, listening to music and watching independent movies. And of course - writing. Fun fact: I incorporate I-ching and tao in my spiritual practice.
What Helps Me Thrive:
My coaching style is conversational, body-oriented and very friendly. I cannot start a session without a cup of decaf coffee with oat milk by my side. My self-care practice is reading books about spirituality (especially Tao te Ching and writings of Chiang Tzu) and writing poetry. I manage my energy by giving myself a lot of alone time and even more decaf coffee.
Experience and Background:
I have worked as a neurodiversity coach for over three years now. I am a certified ADD New York Academy Accredited Coach. Also I obtained a master’s degree in cultural anthropology at Jagiellonian University. Previously, I worked in book publishing companies and recruitment.
Why Being a Coach Matters to Me:
I create a supportive environment, safe from judgement in which my clients can thrive and we can inspire each other (it usually works both ways!). I focus on clients’ needs, ability to set boundaries, self-care, as well as life transitions.
