A Little About Me:
Joy is at the heart of everything I do. After years of living in a world that often viewed difference as something to fix rather than celebrate, I have learned the importance of starting with our strengths and building a life that reflects who we truly are. People often describe me as warm, energetic and approachable, and I strive to create coaching spaces where people feel safe, understood and free to explore who they are without judgement. My coaching is collaborative, practical and strengths-based, helping clients better understand how their brains work so they can develop strategies that genuinely fit their lives. I love celebrating progress, however small, and supporting people to reconnect with confidence in themselves.
My Journey to NeuroRocket:
I first met NeuroRocket founder Kerry during our ADHD coach training. From the beginning, I connected with NeuroRocket's mission of making high-quality, neuro-affirming coaching more accessible, and joining the team felt like a natural next step. My path into coaching has been shaped by more than twenty years of experience across education, leadership, community development and the arts. Alongside my professional experience, understanding my own ADHD has deepened my passion for supporting others with compassion rather than judgement. I know how exhausting masking, overthinking and trying to fit into environments that were not designed with neurodivergent people in mind can be, but I also know the creativity, resilience and innovation that flourish when people feel understood, valued and supported.

Beyond Coaching:
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me dancing, teaching movement or working on creative projects that bring people together. I believe the arts have the power to create connection, inspire change and amplify voices that deserve to be heard. The beach is my favourite place to recharge, and I love travelling, especially when it gives me the opportunity to explore different cultures and reconnect with my own heritage. Music, movement, community and laughter all play an important role in my wellbeing and help me bring energy, authenticity and creativity to both my work and everyday life.
What Helps Me Thrive:
Like many people with ADHD, I thrive with a balance of structure and flexibility. Visual planning, clear priorities and realistic goals help me stay focused while still leaving space for creativity and spontaneity. I have also learned the importance of giving myself permission to pause. Whether I'm dancing, walking, practising yoga, journalling or simply taking a few quiet moments, these activities help me regulate, recharge and return with greater clarity. Creating psychologically safe environments is something I value deeply, both for myself and for every client I work with.
Experience and Background:
I am a certified ADHD coach with more than twenty years' experience across education, leadership, community development and the arts. Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered coaching, training and development programmes for individuals, community organisations and public sector services. Alongside my coaching practice, I deliver leadership and anti-racism training, facilitate creative wellbeing programmes, and lead community initiatives that use movement, creativity and culture to improve confidence, connection and wellbeing. My experience includes coaching adults with ADHD, facilitating workshops, leading teams, designing community programmes and supporting people through personal and professional change. I particularly enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and creating coaching spaces where individuals feel empowered to embrace their strengths and develop practical strategies that make everyday life easier.
Why Being a Coach Matters to Me:
Coaching transformed the way I understood myself. It helped me replace self-criticism with self-compassion, communicate my needs with greater confidence and build routines that worked with my brain rather than against it. As a mixed-heritage Black woman, that journey felt especially empowering. I know how life-changing it can be to feel truly understood, and I want every client to experience that same sense of possibility. My aim is to create a space where people feel heard, supported and empowered to embrace their strengths, develop practical strategies and build lives that reflect who they are, their values and their ambitions.

We offer a range of services to support neurodivergent individuals and the organisations they work in:
I needed guidance on how to run a business, as this was all new to me and I hadn’t run a business before. My coach helped me realise the power of planning, how to set SMART goals, how to change my mindset and how to measure all aspects of my business.

After speaking to Kerry for the first time over the phone, I knew I wanted to use her services. As a business owner, I am hard on myself and very driven, but Kerry helped me to focus on slowing down and seeing things more clearly.

I’ve found my time working with my coach to be incredibly effective at solving the problems I knew I had when starting out, and some of the ones I had no idea existed too! What surprised me most is how much happier and calmer I am as a person inside and outside of my business, which has improved my life in all aspects.
