A Little About Me:
I was diagnosed as autistic at the age of 33, a life-changing moment that launched me into an ongoing journey of self-discovery. My diagnosis helped me make sense of so many experiences, from nervous system dysregulation and hypermobility to dysautonomia and the lifelong feeling of being different. As I learned more about autism, ADHD and my own neurodivergence, I naturally found myself supporting friends who were questioning whether they might be neurodivergent too. Seeing how valuable those conversations became inspired me to train as a neurodiversity coach, allowing me to turn something deeply personal into meaningful work that supports others.

My Journey to NeuroRocket: Receiving my diagnosis wasn't the end of my journey, it was the beginning. As I continued learning about myself and the wider neurodivergent community, I knew I wanted to help others experience the same understanding and self-acceptance. In 2025, I became an Accredited ADHD Certified Coach (AACC) through ADDCA, combining professional coaching training with lived experience to support neurodivergent adults as they navigate their own unique journeys.
Beyond Coaching :
I'm queer, agender and hypermobile, and I'm passionate about creating an affirming, judgement-free space where people feel safe to show up exactly as they are. My practice is proudly sex worker friendly, and I celebrate the diversity of identities, experiences and ways of living that make each person unique. If astrology is your thing, I'm a Taurus sun, Virgo moon and Cancer rising.
What Helps Me Thrive:
My coaching style is collaborative, practical and deeply neuro-affirming. I believe that understanding how your brain and nervous system work can be incredibly empowering, and I enjoy helping clients discover approaches that genuinely fit who they are rather than trying to force themselves into neurotypical expectations.
I thrive when I have space to keep learning, exploring and deepening my understanding of neurodivergence, while creating a coaching environment where curiosity, compassion and authenticity are always welcome.
Experience and Background:
As an Accredited ADHD Certified Coach (AACC) through ADDCA, I combine evidence-based coaching with my lived experience of late-diagnosed AuDHD, hypermobility and dysautonomia. My coaching supports neurodivergent adults to better understand themselves, navigate everyday challenges, strengthen executive functioning and build lives that feel more authentic, sustainable and fulfilling.
Why Being a Coach Matters To Me:
One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is helping people understand how their brains are wired and seeing the positive impact that understanding can have on their lives. When people begin to make sense of their experiences, they often develop greater self-compassion, confidence and clarity about what they need to thrive.
I'm so glad you've found your way here, and I'd love to support you in creating a life that feels easier, more fulfilling and more authentically yours.
