A Little About Me:
I am a poet, an artist and a neurodiversity guide (as I prefer to call my job). I am an educated professional with lots of care and belief in my clients. My values are authenticity, empathy towards all sentient beings
and living to the fullest.
My Journey to NeuroRocket:
My own diagnosis and need to understand myself better inspired me to undertake an ADDCA course and get certified. Becoming a neurodiversity guide was a side-effect which turned out to be my life calling. I met Kerry when I lived in the Isle of Man. Knowing Kerry as well as some other NeuroRocket coaches, I knew straight away this is the place of high standards and reliability. I am excited to work with neurodivergent people of all shapes and sizes and celebrate everyone's differences.
Beyond Coaching:
My other calling is arts. I am a published poet, singer in a band and an aspiring author of novels. I'm originally from Krakow in Poland which is now my second home. I have a dog (Luna), cat (Marcel) and a turtle (Josephine). I love reading, listening to music and watching independent movies. And of course - writing. Fun fact: I incorporate I-ching and tao in my spiritual practice.
What Helps Me Thrive:
My coaching style is conversational, body-oriented and very friendly. I cannot start a session without a cup of decaf coffee with oat milk by my side. My self-care practice is reading books about spirituality (especially Tao te Ching and writings of Chiang Tzu) and writing poetry. I manage my energy by giving myself a lot of alone time and even more decaf coffee.
Experience and Background:
I have worked as a neurodiversity coach for over three years now. I am a certified ADD New York Academy Accredited Coach. Also I obtained a master’s degree in cultural anthropology at Jagiellonian University. Previously, I worked in book publishing companies and recruitment.
Why Being a Coach Matters to Me:
I create a supportive environment, safe from judgement in which my clients can thrive and we can inspire each other (it usually works both ways!). I focus on clients’ needs, ability to set boundaries, self-care, as well as life transitions.
