Understanding Neurodivergence

FREE Access to Work Information Sessions
The team at NeuroRocket regularly host a series of online information sessions for both employees and employers to learn more about the Access to Work Application process, and the support available to employees and their employers.
Sessions include:
Part 1a:
Introduces participants to eligibility criteria, available support, the application process and provides essential preparation guidance.
Part 1b:
Offers support to complete and submit an Access to Work application.
Part 2:
Assisting the employee to get ready to represent themselves confidently during their caseworker meeting.
Part 3:
Offers the employee strategies for effectively managing and using their Access to Work grant.
Coaching
We understand the unique challenges employees face in both professional and personal settings, and we are here to help you to help them unlock their potential.
Our experienced and trained neurodiversity coaches will support yours and their journey. We will tailor strategies so employees and their managers can gain additional skills and learn to communicate needs clearly.
We offer three options for coaching which can either be privately funded or funded through your Access to Work grant:
- Coaching the neurodiverse participant during one-to-one sessions
- Coaching their direct manager
- Coaching the neurodiverse participant and direct manager together.
