Are you a neurodivergent individual currently navigating the job market? Whether you’ve been officially diagnosed or not, JobQuest is here to support you on your journey to finding fulfilling work.

As this program is a pilot course, we can’t guarantee everyone a place, but we will definitely be in touch and do our best to accommodate you.

So What’s JobQuest All About?
We get it—job hunting can be tough, especially when you feel like the process wasn’t designed with you in mind. That’s where JobQuest comes in. Over 10 interactive group sessions, we’ll help you build the confidence and skills you need to land a job that suits you. From understanding your unique strengths to mastering online applications (and discovering some alternatives), we’ve got you covered.


We’re not just about talking, though. You’ll also have the chance to practice what you learn with the support of a community that gets it. Plus, we’re throwing in two one-to-one coaching sessions and an optional face-to-face workshop in Nottingham for those who want to connect in person.

  • Clarity about your strengths and how to use them
  • Skills for navigating online job applications
  • Strategies for exploring non-traditional job-seeking methods
  • Connections with peers who understand your journey

  • When: Starting Wednesday afternoons, 3-4.30pm (on Zoom)
  • Format: 10 x group sessions, 2 x one-to-one coaching sessions and an optional in person workshop (Central Nottingham Location)
  • Cost: £0 (Yes, it’s fully funded by the National Lottery Community Fund!)

Meet Your Coach Michelle Temple-Mitchell.

Michelle will be your guide to self-discovery and workplace success

Michelle is an experienced autism coach and peer mentor with a warm, patient approach and a great sense of humour. She’s here to guide you through understanding yourself and navigating challenges with confidence. With over 20 years of professional experience at a senior level and hands-on experience on both sides of the interview table, Michelle combines industry insights with her passion for helping young people thrive in their careers.
