Professional Journey:
Annie was late-diagnosed autistic at age 33 (in 2020). This diagnosis launched them onto a never- ending self-discovery journey. It helped explain why their nervous system was shorting out, their hypermobility, their dysautonomia, their feeling of otherness, why doing life felt so difficult, etc, etc. After a few years of learning about autism, ADHD, hypermobility and themselves, they inadvertently were guiding friends who were questioning if they were neurodivergent, too. It turns out, Annie really enjoyed doing that and felt uplifted by it. Their friends also found it worthwhile, so they decided to become a neurodivergent-specific coach, through ADDCA. Annie truly loves informing people about their brain wiring, and why knowing about it makes a significant difference in their lives.
